Code of Conduct & Prop Policy

Code of Conduct

By attending Eh! Game Expo and Fight for the Throne 2026, all participants agree to follow this Code of Conduct.

We are committed to creating a welcoming and safe environment for everyone. Please be respectful of other attendees, players, cosplayers, and staff at all times.

Be mindful of your behavior, your language, and your surroundings. Treat others with consideration and respect, both in person and during competition.

Cosplay is not consent. Always ask before taking photos and respect personal boundaries.

Harassment, discrimination, hate speech, or any form of aggressive or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.

Failure to follow these guidelines may result in removal from the event without refund and possible restrictions from future events.

Prop Policy

All props must be checked and approved at the event entrance. Approved props may be tagged for identification.

If you are unsure about your prop, we recommend reaching out in advance or bringing an alternative.

Not Permitted

  • ✕Real weapons or firearms
  • ✕Functional or real bows
  • ✕Sharp or sharpened metal objects
  • ✕Props with loose or easily detachable parts

Permitted

  • ✓Fantasy props
  • ✓Foam, wood, or plastic props
  • ✓Nerf-style props
  • ✓Airsoft (must be unloaded)
  • ✓Replica weapons with clearly visible orange safety tips
